


FESTIVAL GUIDE
Festival Entry and Entertainment Are Free to the Public
Food, beverages, kids’ activities, and festival merchandise may be purchased using all major credit and debit cards at the point of sale. All sales are non-refundable. $5 wristbands will be sold for mechanical rides at the merchandise and information tents. Wristbands are required for access to alcohol service and are only valid for the day of purchase.
Rain or Shine
In the event of inclement weather, the event will continue as scheduled unless otherwise determined by event officials for safety reasons.
Event Safety and First Aid
First aid stations are located at the information tents in front of Greer City Hall and in the Kids Zone, City of Greer Police and Fire will be onsite throughout the festival, and in the event of severe weather updates will be announced from the stage and posted on the City of Greer website and official social media accounts. Due to security and safety restrictions, roller skates, skateboards, bikes and personal transportation are prohibited within the festival site.
Coolers
Coolers are allowed on a limited basis. Hard sided coolers (plastic or metal) are not permitted onsite. Small soft sided coolers are allowed. Alcohol and glass containers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests are encouraged to enjoy food and beverages from on site vendors for the best Freedom Blast experience.
Parking
Parking is available throughout downtown Greer in designated public parking areas and city parking lots. For a full map of parking locations, visit: discovergreer.com. Accessible parking is available at Greer City Hall and at designated locations throughout downtown Greer, however parking is limited and will fill up quickly.
Tents and Tents
Umbrellas and pop up tents are not allowed at Freedom Blast due to obstruction of the stage and potential safety hazards. You may bring blankets and lawn chairs.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the festival grounds.
Public Restrooms
Public portable restrooms are located throughout the festival grounds and are available for all attendees.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, activity, or public meeting of the City of Greer should contact 864-968-7008 as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event.
